Restricting Access to Files to Authorized Recipients
Each person that is authorized to receive file folder records is enrolled in SmartTraxx as an authorized User. SmartTraxx includes software for enrolling authorized recipients.
When enrolling a recipient authorized to receive file folders, their photograph can be saved to SmartTraxx, and the person asking for a file can be verified against their photograph.
For advanced security needs, recipients of file folders can be required to input a PIN # via a touch monitor, or, to validate identification through fingerprint recognition.
