SmartTraxx records management software keeps track of when files were checked-out, when detected by RFID zones and when inventoried in work spaces.
SmartTraxx includes the ability to establish a # of days or amount of time that a record is allowed to stay at a location outside of the file system.
SmartTraxx keeps track of all files that have been checked-out or transferred from the file room to another location, or identified at any location, and automatically triggers email file overdue notifications to the person that shows as having custody of the file.
If documents / folios have been transferred to action officers for action fulfillment, SmartTraxx can also track how long the action officer has had the action task and notify the action officer if they are overdue in respond to a workflow task…such as responding to incoming correspondence.
